For Executive Assistants & Travel Managers

One call to place. Nothing left to chase.

Your name is on the arrangement, so the desk protects it. One number answers around the clock, confirmations read the way you would have written them, and your principal steps into a car that is simply there. That is the only outcome anyone remembers.

The mechanism

How the desk works for you.

One number, one desk

Every reservation is held by the desk, not an app queue. When something moves at 6 a.m. or 11 p.m., you call +1 (212) 239-9500 and a person who can see the manifest answers. You never re-explain the trip to a stranger.

Flights tracked, pickups moved

On airport work the desk tracks the inbound flight. When it lands early or slides late, the pickup moves with it and the chauffeur is repositioned. Your principal walks out; the car is there. No call from you required.

Changes absorbed, not renegotiated

Reply to the confirmation or call the desk with the change. It propagates to the chauffeur and the manifest, and a corrected confirmation comes back to you. The itinerary you forward is always the current one.

Billing that survives review

Your fare is fixed when you book, with tolls and taxes included and gratuity at the client's discretion. Invoices consolidate to the account with the references your finance team asks for, so reconciliation is a formality.

The principal remembers nothing about the transfer. That is your report, and it is the desk's entire job.

Open an account

Accounts open after a consultation with the desk. Tell us who you book for, how you like confirmations written, and how billing should land. Call +1 (212) 239-9500 or write to reservations@famousdrive.com.

Questions

EAs — FAQ

Can I manage travel for several executives under one account?

Yes. The account holds a profile for each principal — preferred vehicle, seating, pickup notes — and the desk applies it without being reminded. You book by name; the standards travel with the name.

What happens when a flight delays overnight or an itinerary changes late?

The desk is answered by a person around the clock. On tracked airport pickups the car moves with the flight on its own. For itinerary changes, one call or one reply to the confirmation updates the reservation, and a corrected confirmation is sent to you.

How does billing work for corporate travel?

Fares are fixed at booking, with tolls and taxes included; gratuity remains at the client's discretion. Charges consolidate to the account on the schedule agreed at opening, with cost centers or trip references noted as your finance team requires.

Tell us where and when — you'll have it arranged by your desk and your rate confirmed privately, fixed when you book.
