For high-demand dates — major events and conventions, public holidays, and peak periods (for example New Year's Eve, UN General Assembly week, graduations, and FIFA World Cup 2026) — cancellation windows, deposit requirements, minimum hours, lead times and pricing may differ from the standard terms below. Any such terms are confirmed in writing on your quote or reservation and govern that booking. Famous Drive may update these policies at any time; the version shown here is current.
Reservations may be made on our website, by phone at +1 (212) 239-9500, or by email. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from our desk. Instant, fixed, upfront pricing is shown for airport transfers; all other trips — point-to-point, hourly/as-directed, Hamptons & Montauk, and charters — are individually quoted by our reservations desk, usually within a few hours.
Complimentary cancellation requires advance notice before the scheduled pickup:
Cancellations made inside these windows, or a no-show, are charged the full trip fare. Cancellation policy may vary for large events and multi-day charters as noted on your confirmation.
A reservation is treated as a no-show if the passenger cannot be located or reached within the complimentary grace period — 30 minutes (domestic) or 1 hour (international) after landing for airport pickups, or 30 minutes at other pickup locations. No-shows are charged the full fare. If you can't find your chauffeur, call us first — we'll connect you.

Beyond the grace period, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
Sedan and SUV single transfers require no deposit. For Sprinters, motor coaches, events and multi-day charters:
New clients complete a secure card authorization; identity is verified and all charges are processed through Stripe (PCI-compliant). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Established corporate, travel-advisor and hotel/concierge accounts may be set up on invoice / net terms. All reservations are billed in US dollars.
A customary 20% gratuity is added to the fare and goes in full to your chauffeur. Gratuity is discretionary and may be adjusted.
Airport transfer fares are fixed and quoted upfront. For hourly, point-to-point and zone trips, tolls and parking are billed as incurred. Each additional stop is $25. Any applicable airport, congestion or fuel surcharges and taxes are itemized on your confirmation where they apply.
Curbside pickup is at no charge. Inside-terminal Meet & Greet by your chauffeur — waiting at baggage claim with a name sign — is $30 + parking on sedans & SUVs. A dedicated onsite greeter is available at $75/hour (3-hour minimum). Flight tracking is standard; we stage your car before you reach the curb.
Available on request, installed and ready on arrival: infant (rear-facing) and convertible seats $20 each; booster seats $15 each.
If a vehicle requires cleaning or repair beyond our standard detailing — smoking, spills, illness, or damage — a minimum fee applies, plus the actual cost of cleaning or repair if it is greater:
Changes are accommodated subject to availability and may adjust the rate. A material change made inside the cancellation window is treated under the cancellation policy. Reach the desk by phone, email, or your confirmation reply.
We make every effort to recover and return items left in our vehicles. Famous Drive is not liable for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal property.
We are not responsible for delays or service not rendered due to weather, traffic, road closures, acts of public authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In any such event we will work to arrange the best available alternative. Service is provided as arranged on your confirmation.
Airport transfer rates are confirmed in advance (gratuity excepted). All other trips are individually quoted by the desk. The price on your confirmation is a good-faith estimate; final charges reflect actual usage — additional wait time, stops, tolls or services may adjust the fare.
We collect only the information needed to arrange and deliver your transportation and to process payment. We do not sell your information. Card processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store full card details. For any privacy question, email info@famousdrive.com.

A note on wait time: your complimentary window is counted from the scheduled pickup time (or the tracked arrival for flights), however early your chauffeur arrives.
