For Flight Departments & Schedulers

The flight moves. The car moves with it.

You schedule to the minute, and the ground should hold to the same discipline. The desk works from tail numbers and wheels-down times, chauffeurs know the region's FBOs, and a slipped slot moves the car without a phone call from you.

The mechanism

How the desk works for you.

Booked from the tail number

Give the desk the tail number, the FBO, and the wheels-down estimate. The desk tracks the leg from there and holds the car against the aircraft, not against a clock. Your first message is usually your last.

Slips move the car

When the slot slides or the leg diverts, the desk repositions the chauffeur to the new time and place and sends you a corrected confirmation. You stay on the flight; the ground keeps up on its own.

FBO fluency, door-to-stair

Chauffeurs know TEB, HPN, and the area's FBOs — which desk to check in with, where to stage, what each facility permits. The car positions door-to-stair where the FBO allows it, and the passenger walks steps, not terminals.

One thread until the leg closes

One desk holds the reservation from booking to drop, on one thread — call or email as your operation prefers. The desk confirms when the passenger is away, and the leg is closed the way you close a flight plan.

Ground that moves the way the flight does, worked from tail numbers and wheels-down times.

Open an account

Accounts open after a consultation with the desk, where your FBOs, notification preferences, and billing routing are set before the first leg. Call +1 (212) 239-9500 or write to reservations@famousdrive.com.

Wheels-down to door

Questions

Schedulers — FAQ

Which airports and FBOs do you serve?

Teterboro, Westchester County, and the area's FBOs are home ground, alongside the New York commercial airports. Beyond the region, the same desk arranges the ground through vetted partners in 200+ cities, worked from the same tail-number discipline.

What does the desk need to reserve a leg?

Tail number, FBO, wheels-down estimate, passenger count, and the lead passenger's name. Luggage notes and onward itinerary help but can follow. From there the desk tracks the leg and adjusts the car as the schedule moves.

What happens on a slide, an early arrival, or a divert?

The desk moves the car. The chauffeur repositions to the new time or field, a corrected confirmation goes to your thread, and no one aboard notices anything except that the car is at the stair when the door opens.

Speak with the desk

One consultation, then a standing account.

Tell the desk how your program runs. Terms are agreed once, the standard is set, and every reservation after that is a one-line request. Call +1 (212) 239-9500.

Tell us where and when — you'll have it arranged by your desk and your rate confirmed privately, fixed when you book.
