Yes. Trips can be billed to the room or folio, or settled on a hotel house account with one monthly statement.

Can our concierge book on behalf of guests?

Yes — your concierge desk has a direct dispatch line and can book guest transfers, house cars and VIP arrivals with full trip visibility.

Do you provide meet-and-greet for arriving guests?

Yes. In-terminal meet & greet is available on request (add-on), with your chauffeur waiting inside holding name signage. Standard pickup is curbside at the designated point. We track flights and hold your car through a complimentary wait window.
